In the Fall of 2004, the City of Franklin received this so-called “Long-Term Vision for the City of Franklin” produced by MSA Professional Services, Inc.

We strongly recommend you read this report before the February 19, 2013 primary election and use your vote to grade the City’s progress for Aldermen seeking reelection—that goes for candidates’ seeking election, as-well

, whether they were in office or not in 2004—that is irrelevant. All of our representatives should be intimately familiar with the City’s vision—shouldn’t they? In our humble opinion, this goes for candidates’ seeking election, as-well, or they should be prepared to present their own vision and what—in the way of City resources it would take to—accomplish their vision.

If you don’t know your polling location, check the City’s website or contact the City Clerk’s office at 425-7500.

O’Reilly: “Are We responsible for the chaos that is enveloping America?”
